The Britton-Hecla Braves (Britton, SD) basketball knocked off the visiting Redfield Pheasants (Redfield, SD), 62-52 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Braves (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Great Plains Lutheran notched a victory over Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] (Rosholt, SD), 69-49, in a non-league test.
