January 4, 2024: Aldie, VA 20105 The Lightridge Bolts routed the visiting Loudoun County Captains basketball team by a final score of 60-35 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bolts face the Stone Bridge Bulldogs (Ashburn, VA) in a Potomac game, on Monday, January 8. Lightridge will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 60-45 non-league win over Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA).
With the defeat, Loudoun County moves to 1-10 on the year. The Captains travel to Woodgrove (Purcellville, VA) to face the Wolverines in a Catoctin game on Tuesday, January 9. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 9-2. Woodgrove won 78-58 in their recent non-league game against Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA)
