Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Warrior Run fells Bloomsburg
January 4, 2025: Bloomsburg, PA 17815 The Warrior Run Defenders basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Bloomsburg Panthers to 52 in the Defenders league triumph on Saturday.
The Defenders now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Loyalsock Township for a Heartland III game on Wednesday, January 8. Warrior Run will confront a Lancers team coming off a 46-44 league win over Mifflinburg (Mifflinburg, PA). The Lancers record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Bloomsburg falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Hughesville (Hughesville, PA) to confront the Spartans in a Heartland III game on Wednesday, January 8. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 1-9. Hughesville lost 82-66 in their recent non-league game against Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA)
