The Plaquemine Green Devils basketball team scored 32 points and limited the visiting Assumption Mustangs to 28 in the Green Devils non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Green Devils now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Scotlandville for a non-league game on Monday, January 6. Plaquemine will confront a Hornets team coming off a 39-20 non-league loss to Livonia (Livonia, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 6-9.
