With the victory, Glen Oaks advances its record to 15-15 on the year. The Panthers travel to Covington (Covington, LA) to meet the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 8-16. Covington won 50-19 in their recent non-league battle against Capitol (Baton Rouge, LA)
The Mustangs now own a 12-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vandebilt Catholic for a 4A District 8 battle on Friday, February 14. Assumption will meet a Terriers squad coming off a 55-11 league win over A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA). The Terriers record now stands at 14-7.
