New York High School Basketball - Bethlehem Central fells Ballston Spa
January 5, 2024: Ballston Spa, NY 12020 Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Ballston Spa Scotties (Ballston Spa, NY), 67-56 in a league bout.
With the win, Bethlehem Central upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Shaker (Latham, NY) to clash with the Bison in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Bison go into the bout with a record of 9-0. Shaker won 64-42 in their recent league bout against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY)
Next up, the Scotties clash with the Schenectady Patriots (Schenectady, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Gray bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Ballston Spa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 70-67 league loss to Christian Brothers Academy (Albany, NY).
