February 6, 2024: Ballston Spa, NY 12020 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Christian Brothers Academy Brothers (Albany, NY) and the host Ballston Spa Scotties (Ballston Spa, NY), saw Christian Brothers Academy's basketball squad overcome Ballston Spa by a tally of 74-58.
With the victory, Christian Brothers Academy improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Brothers travel to Shenendehowa (Clifton Park, NY) to play the Plainsmen in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue challenge on Friday, February 9. The Plainsmen come into the challenge with a record of 9-9. Shenendehowa won 65-61 in their recent league challenge against Albany (Albany, NY)
Next up, the Scotties play the Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY) in a Section 2 Suburban - Gray challenge, on Friday, February 9. Ballston Spa will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 54-50 league loss to Shaker (Latham, NY).
