In Friday's league outing, the Weaver Beavers (Hartford, CT) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Capital Prep Trailblazers (Hartford, CT), by a margin of 90-68.

The Beavers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Academy of Aerospace and Engineering (Windsor, CT). The Jets go into the Capitol Region outing with a 4-1 record.

The Trailblazers now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host CREC [Computer Science and Engineering/Academy of Aerospace and Engineering] for a Capitol Region outing on Wednesday, January 10.
