Iowa High School Basketball - Wapello topples Louisa-Muscatine
January 5, 2024: Wapello, IA 52653 In Friday's league outing, the Wapello Indians (Wapello, IA) basketball squad beat the visiting Louisa-Muscatine Falcons (Letts, IA), by a margin of 76-68.
The Indians (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Cardinal (Eldon, IA). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 0-10 record. In their last outing, Cardinal was topped by Clarke (Osceola, IA), 90-35, in a league outing.
The Falcons now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Winfield-Mt. Union for a SEI - North outing on Tuesday, January 9.
