In Friday's league match, the host Millard North Mustangs basketball team scored a good 56-48 triumph over the Omaha Central Eagles.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD match, on Saturday, January 6. Millard North will attempt to move on its 8-2 season record. The Huskies enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 69-22 non-league loss to Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE).
