With the victory, Marvin Ridge improves its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Cuthbertson won 32-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Porter Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
