January 6, 2023: Ambridge, PA 15003 The Central Valley Warriors basketball team (Monaca, PA), was nudged 68-61 in Friday's league battle with the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA)
The Bridgers now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blackhawk for a WPIAL 4A 2 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Ambridge will confront a Cougars team coming off a 62-56 league loss to Beaver (Beaver, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-4.
The Warriors (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Carlynton (Carnegie, PA). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 8-3 record.
