The North Catholic Trojans basketball team scored 75 points and held the visiting Ambridge Bridgers to 48 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

The Trojans now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Wood for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 17. North Catholic will meet a Vikings team coming off a 88-79 non-league loss to William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-1.

The Bridgers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Quaker Valley (Leetsdale, PA). The Quakers enter the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Quaker Valley triumphed over Kennedy Catholic (Hermitage, PA), 42-39, in a non-league contest.
