Virginia High School Basketball - Mathews falls to Carver College and Career Academy

In Friday's league match, the host Carver College and Career Academy Wolverines basketball team scored a good 77-58 triumph over the Mathews Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Wolverines meet the Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 9. Carver College and Career Academy will attempt to better on its 8-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the match with a 1-6 record after their 56-43 league loss to Henrico (Richmond, VA).
