The River Mill Jaguars basketball team (Graham, NC), was nudged 67-61 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC)

The Cardinals now possess a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bethany for a 1A Conference 32 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Cornerstone Charter will battle a Wolves team coming off a 81-46 league loss to Winston-Salem Prep (Winston-Salem, NC). The Wolves record now stands at 3-12.

The Jaguars (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC). The Wolves come into the 1A Conference 13 battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Woods Charter was nudged by North Moore (Robbins, NC), 62-21, in a non-league battle.
