January 6, 2023: Suwanee, GA 30024 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lambert Longhorns (Suwanee, GA) and the visiting Milton Eagles (Milton, GA), saw Lambert's basketball squad hold off Milton by a count of 71-69.
With the victory, Lambert upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Alpharetta (Alpharetta, GA) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 7. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Alpharetta won 68-45 in their recent league challenge against Sprayberry (Marietta, GA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Mountain View Bears (Lawrenceville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 7. Milton will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 66-49 league loss to Buford (Buford, GA).
