The McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs basketball team scored 86 points and held the host Vanguard College Prep Vikings to 53 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 22-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Covenant for a TAPPS 4A District 2 contest on Tuesday, January 10. McKinney Christian Academy will meet a Knights team coming off a 41-35 league loss to All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Knights record now stands at 8-7.

The Vikings (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Shelton (Dallas, TX). The Chargers enter the TAPPS 4A District 2 contest with a 10-9 record.
