The Founders Academy Centurions basketball team (Las Vegas, NV), was routed 44-3 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Indian Springs Thunderbirds (Indian Springs, NV)

The Thunderbirds now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beatty for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Indian Springs will battle a Hornets team coming off a 41-6 league loss to Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV). The Hornets record now stands at 0-8.

The Centurions (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Needles (Needles, CA). The Mustangs come into the 2A Southern battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Needles was routed by Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV), 55-27, in a league battle.
