Washington High School Basketball - Evergreen ripped by Highline
January 6, 2024: Burien, WA 98148 The Highline Pirates basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Evergreen Wolverines to 27 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Pirates now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin for a non-league contest on Monday, January 8. Highline will battle a Quakers team coming off a 65-37 non-league win over Cleveland (Seattle, WA). The Quakers record now stands at 6-2.
The Wolverines (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lindbergh (Renton, WA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Lindbergh was routed by Hazen (Renton, WA), 59-44, in a non-league contest.
