The Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) basketball knocked off the host North Mecklenburg Vikings (Huntersville, NC), 84-74 in Friday's league test.

The Cougars (10-5) will now prepare for their test against West Charlotte (Charlotte, NC). The Lions go into the 3A/4A Conference 60 test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, West Charlotte notched a victory over Hough (Cornelius, NC), 60-46, in a league test.
