Washington, DC High School Basketball - Maret topped by McDonogh
January 7, 2024: Washington, DC 20008 The McDonogh Eagles basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Maret Frogs to 57 in the Eagles non-league victory on Sunday.
The Eagles now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenelg Country for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 10.
The Frogs (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. James (Hagerstown, MD). The Saints come into the Mid-Atlantic contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, St. James was defeated by St. Albans (Washington, DC), 88-68, in a non-league contest.
