The Inter-City Baptist Chargers basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Carlson Marauders to 44 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chargers now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lutheran Northwest for a Michigan Independent - Blue game on Thursday, January 9. Inter-City Baptist will play a Crusaders team coming off a 84-43 non-league loss to Arts & Tech (Pontiac, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Carlson falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Taylor (Taylor, MI) to play the Griffins in a non-league game on Thursday, January 9. The Griffins go into the game with a record of 3-5. Taylor lost 70-40 in their recent non-league game against Stevenson (Livonia, MI)
