January 7, 2025: Yale, MI 48097 The Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) basketball edged the host Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI), 44-42 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Heritage for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. Oxford will play a Hawks team coming off a 63-35 non-league win over Berkley (Berkley, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Yale falls to 8-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Algonac (Algonac, MI) to play the Muskrats in a Blue Water Area bout on Friday, January 10. The Muskrats go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Algonac won 40-39 in their recent non-league bout against Memphis (Memphis, MI)
