January 7, 2025: Camden, NC 27921 The Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC) basketball were winner over the visiting First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), 46-32 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Bruins now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Cape Hatteras for a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 8. Camden County will play a Hurricanes team coming off a 63-33 non-league loss to Manteo (Manteo, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, First Flight falls to 4-1 on the campaign. The Nighthawks host Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Hertford County lost 54-53 in their recent league bout against Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC)
