Oregon High School Basketball - Central ripped by West Albany
January 8, 2024: Independence, OR 97351 The West Albany Bulldogs basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Central Panthers to 46 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Silverton for a 5A Mid-Willamette contest on Thursday, January 11. West Albany will battle a Foxes team coming off a 65-54 league win over South Albany (Albany, OR). The Foxes record now stands at 7-4.
The Panthers (4-6) will now prepare for their contest against Corvallis (Corvallis, OR). The Spartans enter the 5A Mid-Willamette contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Corvallis triumphed over Lebanon (Lebanon, OR), 72-42, in a league contest.
