Oregon High School Basketball - Willamette Valley Christian tops Lewis Academy
January 8, 2024: Newberg, OR 97132 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Willamette Valley Christian Warriors (Brooks, OR) and the host Lewis Academy Watchmen (Newberg, OR), saw Willamette Valley Christian's basketball squad knock off Lewis Academy by a count of 50-40.
With the victory, Willamette Valley Christian upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Warriors host St. Paul (St. Paul, OR) to play the Buckaroos in a 1A Casco challenge on Friday, January 12. The Buckaroos come into the challenge with a record of 5-7.
