Washington High School Basketball - Ridgefield tops Woodland
January 8, 2024: Woodland, WA 98674 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Ridgefield Spudders (Ridgefield, WA) and the host Woodland Beavers (Woodland, WA), saw Ridgefield's basketball squad knock off Woodland by a tally of 61-44.
With the victory, Ridgefield improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Spudders host Fort Vancouver (Vancouver, WA) to play the Trappers in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Trappers come into the challenge with a record of 4-9. Fort Vancouver won 83-55 in their recent league challenge against Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA)
Next up, the Beavers play the Columbia River Rapids (Vancouver, WA) in a 2A Greater St. Helens challenge, on Wednesday, January 10. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Rapids come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 59-57 league loss to Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA).
