Hug Hawks (Reno, NV) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Wooster Colts (Reno, NV), 36-31 in a league match.

With the victory, Hug advances its record to 6-5 on the year. The Hawks travel to South Tahoe (South Lake Tahoe, CA) to face the Vikings in a 3A Northern - West match on Friday, January 10. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-9. South Tahoe lost 67-36 in their recent league match against North Valleys (Reno, NV)

The Colts now own a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Truckee for a 3A Northern - West match on Friday, January 10. Wooster will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 33-25 league win over Sparks (Sparks, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-4.
