January 9, 2024: Perry, OK 73077 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Chisholm Longhorns (Enid, OK) and the host Perry Maroons (Perry, OK), saw Chisholm's basketball squad overcome Perry by a tally of 57-41.
With the victory, Chisholm improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Alva (Alva, OK) to play the Goldbugs in a 89er - West challenge on Friday, January 12. The Goldbugs come into the challenge with a record of 6-5. Alva won 60-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Woodward (Woodward, OK)
Next up, the Maroons play the Watonga Eagles (Watonga, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 12. Perry will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 79-30 league loss to Hennessey (Hennessey, OK).
