The Purvis Tornadoes (Purvis, MS) basketball crushed the host Columbia Wildcats (Columbia, MS), 75-53 in Tuesday's league test.

The Tornadoes (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Lawrence County (Monticello, MS). The Cougars go into the 4A Region 7 test with a 6-13 record. In their last test, Lawrence County was trounced by Sumrall (Sumrall, MS), 59-53, in a league test.
