Michigan High School Basketball - North Huron overwhelmed by Deckerville
January 9, 2024: Deckerville, MI 48427 The Deckerville Eagles basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting North Huron Warriors to 27 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dryden for a North Central Thumb contest on Thursday, January 11. Deckerville will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 61-50 league win over Kingston (Kingston, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-1.
The Warriors (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Mayville (Mayville, MI). The Wildcats come into the North Central Thumb contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Mayville triumphed over Peck (Peck, MI), 47-43, in a league contest.
