Minnesota High School Basketball - Farmington overwhelms Eastview
January 9, 2024: Farmington, MN 55024 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN) and the visiting Eastview Lightning (Apple Valley, MN), saw Farmington's basketball squad wallop Eastview by a tally of 82-54.
With the victory, Farmington improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Burnsville (Burnsville, MN) to confront the Blaze in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Blaze come into the challenge with a record of 2-8. Burnsville lost 78-67 in their recent non-league challenge against Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN)
Next up, the Lightning confront the Eagan Wildcats (Eagan, MN) in a AAAA Section 3 challenge, on Friday, January 12. Eastview will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 58-55 non-league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN).
