Mountain Iron-Buhl Rangers (Mountain Iron, MN) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida Ogichida (Cloquet, MN), 91-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mountain Iron-Buhl upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Rangers travel to North Woods (Cook, MN) to play the grizzlies in a A Section 7 bout on Friday, January 12. The grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 9-2. North Woods won 71-42 in their recent non-league bout against Ely (Ely, MN)

Next up, the Ogichida play the Red Lake Warriors (Red Lake, MN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Fond du Lac Ojibwe Ogichida will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
