Georgia High School Basketball - South Forsyth falls to Lambert
January 9, 2024: Suwanee, GA 30024 In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Lambert Longhorns basketball squad scored a nice 69-56 victory over the South Forsyth War Eagles.
With the victory, Lambert improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge on Friday, January 12. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Forsyth Central won 67-56 in their recent league challenge against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA)
Next up, the War Eagles play the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Friday, January 12. South Forsyth will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 69-66 league loss to West Forsyth (Cumming, GA).
