Oregon High School Basketball - North Valley overwhelms Rogue River
January 9, 2024: Grants Pass, OR 97526 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) and the visiting Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR), saw North Valley's basketball squad wallop Rogue River by a tally of 67-33.
With the victory, North Valley improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Knights host Lakeview (Lakeview, OR) to confront the Honkers in a 3A Far West challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Honkers come into the challenge with a record of 3-9.
Next up, the Chieftains confront the Brookings-Harbor Bruins (Brookings, OR) in a 3A Far West challenge, on Friday, January 12. Rogue River will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 53-32 league loss to St. Mary's (Medford, OR).
