Wisconsin High School Basketball - Rib Lake tops Phillips
January 9, 2024: Phillips, WI 54555 Rib Lake Redmen (Rib Lake, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Phillips Loggers (Phillips, WI), 68-50 in a league bout.
With the victory, Rib Lake upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Redmen travel to Chequamegon (Park Falls, WI) to play the Screaming Eagles in a Marawood - North bout on Friday, January 12. The Screaming Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-9. Chequamegon lost 62-60 in their recent league bout against Abbotsford (Abbotsford, WI)
Next up, the Loggers play the Prentice Buccaneers (Prentice, WI) in a Marawood - North bout, on Friday, January 12. Phillips will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Buccaneers come into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 62-58 league win over Athens (Athens, WI).
