Tennessee High School Basketball - Sequatchie County winner over Sale Creek

January 9, 2024: Sale Creek, TN 37373

The Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) basketball felled the host Sale Creek Panthers (Sale Creek, TN), 47-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Indians (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Bledsoe County (Pikeville, TN). The Warriors go into the 2A District 4 test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Bledsoe County thwarted South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN), 73-62, in a non-league test.

The Panthers now own a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Rhea County for a non-league test on Monday, January 15. Sale Creek will encounter a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 59-55 league win over Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 21-4.
