Oscoda Owls (Oscoda, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI), 54-37 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Oscoda upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Owls travel to Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI) to face the Cardinals in a North Star match on Friday, January 10. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 1-6.
