The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Bigfork Huskies (Bigfork, MN) and the visiting Cherry Tigers (Iron, MN), observed Bigfork's basketball team edge Cherry by a margin of 51-47.

The Huskies (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Mesabi East (Aurora, MN). The Giants come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Mesabi East edged Carlton/Wrenshall (Carlton, MN), 58-24, in a non-league challenge.
