The Kennedy Eagles basketball squad (Bloomington, MN), was crushed 67-28 in Thursday's league battle with the host Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN)

With the victory, Richfield advances its record to 9-4 on the year. The Spartans host Minneapolis Southwest (Minneapolis, MN) to meet the Lakers in a non-league battle on Friday, January 10.
