North Carolina High School Basketball - Swain County nips Highlands
January 9, 2025: Highlands, NC 28741 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Swain County Maroon Devils basketball team scored a close 45-44 win over the Highlands Highlanders.
The Maroon Devils (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC). The Black Knights come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Andrews Wildcats (Andrews, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 17. Highlands will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record.
