In their next game, the Lions face the Walled Lake Central Vikings (Walled Lake, MI) in a Lakes Valley challenge, on Friday, October 10. South Lyon will attempt to improve on its 6-0 season record. The Vikings go into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 41-28 league loss to Walled Lake Northern (Commerce, MI).
The Corsairs (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI). The Cougars go into the Lakes Valley challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, South Lyon East nipped Milford (Highland, MI), 30-27, in a league outing.
