Ohio High School Volleyball - Western Reserve over Springfield

Western Reserve Blue Devils (Berlin Center, OH) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Springfield Tigers (New Middletown, OH), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Blue Devils battle the McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH) in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet match, on Thursday, October 6. Western Reserve will attempt to better on its 15-4 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 8-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH).

With the loss, Springfield drops to 10-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH) to battle the Rams in a Mahoning Valley Athletic - Scarlet match on Thursday, October 6.
