Pennsylvania High School Football - Juniata Valley overwhelmed by Mount Union

In Friday's league game, the Mount Union Trojans (Mount Union, PA) football team triumphed over the host Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA), by a tally of 46-0.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA) in a Inter-County - North game, on Friday, October 11. Mount Union will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Rockets enter the game with a 1-6 record after their 36-7 league win over West Branch (Morrisdale, PA).

The Hornets (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Curwensville (Curwensville, PA). The Golden Tide enter the Inter-County - North game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Curwensville was trounced by Moshannon Valley (Houtzdale, PA), 27-0, in a league game.
