Indiana High School Volleyball - Blue River Valley tips Knightstown

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Blue River Valley Vikings (Mt. Summit, IN) and the host Knightstown Panthers (Knightstown, IN), observed Blue River Valley's volleyball team hold off Knightstown by a count of 3-2.

The Vikings (10-13) will now prepare for their contest against Shenandoah (Middletown, IN). The Raiders go into the Mid-Eastern battle with a 11-12 record. In their last battle, Shenandoah was edged by Knightstown (Knightstown, IN), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

The Panthers now own a 12-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lapel for a non-league contest on Monday, October 6. Knightstown will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 22-8.
