The Blue River Valley Vikings were victorious over the visiting Cowan Blackhawks volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Vikings now have a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Morristown for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Blue River Valley will play a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Decatur (Greensburg, IN). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-12.

With the loss, Cowan drops to 8-12 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN) to play the Warriors in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27.
