The Bearcats (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Monroe (Monroe, NC). The Redhawks come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Monroe knocked off Parkwood (Monroe, NC), 52-0, in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Hills for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 12. Piedmont will meet a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 32-6 non-league win over West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 2-3.
