October 5, 2024: Olympia Fields, IL 60471 Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Rich Township improves its record to 8-15 on the season. The Raptors travel to Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL) to face the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 15-4. Evergreen Park won 2-0 in their recent league test against Reavis (Burbank, IL)
The Blazing Trojan now own a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornwood for a Southland test on Wednesday, October 9. Bloom will face a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Crete-Monee (Crete, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 13-15.
