In Friday's league match, the host Bethel Park Black Hawks football squad scored a good 22-10 victory over the Upper St. Clair Panthers.

In their next game, the Black Hawks clash with the Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA) in a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six match, on Friday, October 13. Bethel Park will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 3-4 record after their 40-7 league loss to Peters Township (McMurray, PA).
