The Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) football routed the host Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA), 56-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Tigers face the Bangor Slaters (Bangor, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill - Gold bout, on Friday, October 13. Northwestern Lehigh will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record.
